The inspection will be scheduled at your convenience and normally takes less than thirty minutes. The report is normally completed within three to five business days of the inspection. We understand that life can be complicated and will work to make things as easy as possible for you.

During the inspection our appraiser will measure the structures then photograph the exterior and interior of all the rooms, paying special attention to the condition and any updates you have completed. After that we look for sales within the past six months in your neighborhood with similar aspects as your home, considering things like size, room count, condition and location. In the report we will look at how the other sales compare to your home then make adjustments to their sale prices to create an opinion of value, which is what we think your home could sell for if it were listed for sale. Then we deliver a digital or printed copy of the report to you.
